The clientBuroHappold is an international, integrated engineering consultancy delivering building and city solutions for an ever changing world through globally recognised landmark projects.Responding to BuroHappold’s global growth ambitions, there is a need to entice talented individuals to join and be retained within the business for a range of consultancy, engineering and business enabling roles.Our approachFollowing a series of workshop sessions with the client, we created a distinct Employee Value Propostion which sought to communicate a series of benefits to prospective employees, setting out why BuroHappold could meet their career expectations and expressed as aspirational mission statements such as “Be inspired”, “Be intrigued” and “Be heard”. All these messages are underpinned by this compelling call to action – “Inspired? Intrigued? Interested? Join us to find out what you’re really capable of."The solutionAll this core messaging has been seamlessly integrated within the distinctive Employee Value Proposition visual language, which combines inspiring and striking project imagery with stylised shots of individuals who are representative of the target audience and who are photographed in a way which will evoke confidence, ambition and aspiration in the viewer.This visual language is intended to be flexible enough to work both on and offline in a range of different formats and to allow for new messaging to be developed as the campaign matures, all whilst remaining an unmistakable BuroHappold “look and feel”.
