Bringing simplicity to complex change

The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) is a leading membership body that offers globally recognised professional qualifications in management accounting.

CIMA offer a range of learning levels and, recently, bought in structural change to their Certificate level qualification meaning that students would be faced with a change in how their learning is structured.

In order to effectively communicate these changes, we created a series of walk-through videos explaining what the changes are, how they affect students and how best to approach the revised qualification, along with a guide to taking the assessments themselves. A combination of engaging animation and a warm, calm voiceover work to reassure and inspire those studying for their Certificate.
