The corporate programme
Our targeted thought leadership programme continues to raise the profile of chairman Jonathan Adnams and green-advocate CEO, Andy Wood. Recent editorial highlights include profiles in Management Today and Director Magazine, as well as briefings with the Daily Telegraph and the Daily Mail. We also issue the company’s annual results to the national press - consistently securing high levels of national coverage.
Our release on the recent appointment of Karen Hester to the executive board generated interviews on BBC Radio 5 Live and BBC Breakfast News, along with extensive coverage in target national and regional media, on and offline.
The consumer programme
We support all of Adnams’ product launches, and recently helped Adnams launch its first ever whiskies.
We ran a targeted media campaign throughout the year in the run-up to the launch to create awareness of the two new whiskies and build on Adnams’ reputation. Tactics included: tasting events, media sampling, press releases, press visits and a launch event.
The campaign generated more than 70 pieces of coverage in both print and online media and highlights included: The Times, Daily Mail, Harpers Wine and Spirit, Bar Magazine and Drinks International.
After the recent refurbishment of Adnams’ hotel, The Crown, we co-ordinated press trips with top-tier consumer magazines including GQ, Prima and Good Housekeeping which all generated extensive coverage and a notable rise in hotel bookings.
